Estimated delivery times

  • Australia: 3-5 business days
  • Canada: 11-16 business days
  • New Zealand: 7-10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 8-14 business days
  • United States: 6-10 business days
  • Europe: 9-15 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 11-16 business days

Payment

Payment is accepted through PayPal. If you don’t have an account, you can still pay using a debit or credit card.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Returns & exchanges 

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.  

Conditions of return 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can.

Gift wrapping and packaging 

I love sending out my jewellery in my signature black & white boxes. The postage is a little more expensive than a flat envelope but I know your jewellery will arrive safely and undamaged. I am also very happy to gift wrap and include a handwritten message.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your purchase will be packed very carefully to ensure your item arrives safely.
Should any item reach you in damaged condition, please let me know at once. Also, if you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me. I want you to be happy with your order and I will do whatever I can to work with you for a resolution. 

Refunds or exchanges are made on a case-by-case basis. 

Returns should be in new and unused condition and carefully packaged, as I will not be able to accept returns which have been damaged in transit. All initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Missing Items

If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact me. I like to wait 30 days from the date of shipping within Australia and 6 weeks internationally before I consider the parcel lost. I will then be happy to refund or replace the item.

Computer Resolution

I do my best to capture the true colour of the stones in the photos. However all computer resolutions are different, therefore there may be some slight variations.
